Important Party Booking Policy
Calling or texting to inquire about party availability does not guarantee a booking. All party reservations must be completed online and require a $100 deposit. Your party is officially booked only after the deposit is paid, and you will receive a confirmation email with your receipt.If you need assistance with the booking process, we are happy to help. However, even if availability is discussed with a team member, the party must still be booked online to secure your spot.

Socks are required for everyone in the play area—including adults! This rule is strictly enforced to maintain a clean and sanitary environment.

To ensure an enjoyable experience for all our guests, a reserved birthday party is required to open gifts, serve cake, and utilize the party areas. Hosting unforgettable celebrations is a cornerstone of our business, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation!
